Thank you for shopping with THE PYCO CLUB! The Shipping Options below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States and U.S. Territories. For order shipping outside of the U.S., please contact the customer service department at 972-503-9828.

*$9.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping & Handling is available for orders exceeding $10.00 in merchandise value shipping to the contiguous United States, APO/FPO or PO Box destinations. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or less will be assessed a $5.99 shipping & handling surcharge. Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-9 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on holidays.

Orders with upgraded shipping & handling services are subject to verification. Orders with more than 50 items may not be eligible. Upgraded orders placed after 5:59 p.m. CST Monday - Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Saturday delivery is not available.

 

 Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time. 

 

THE PYCO CLUB will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address. Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.

Shipping & handling is a taxable service. Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories. Gift Cards will receive free standard ground shipping & handling. When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping & handling charges will be applied to the value of the other items, not the Gift Cards. Express shipping & handling options are available for Gift Cards shipped within the lower 48 states, excluding PO Boxes, for an additional fee of $8 for Express (2-Day) and $13.50 for Overnight. These charges are in addition to the shipping & handling charges for your merchandise. Please note funds may take up to 48 hours to appear on your Gift Card, even if you ship overnight.

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by THE PYCO CLUB. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

ALL ONLINE PURCHASES SHOULD BE RETURNED TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL (USA ONLY)

In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to accept your prompt return. To ensure proper handling of your order, be sure to do the following:

 

Complete the return slip that arrived with your order in its entirety. You may use the pre-paid UPS shipping label enclosed in your order. You are also free to use your own mail carrier to complete your return. If mailing via a method other than the pre-paid UPS shipping label enclosed in your original order, make sure to add delivery insurance and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Retain a copy of your receipt for your records until the transaction has been completed.

Pack and drop off your merchandise at a mailing center and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Online orders returned will be processed within approximately 14-21 business days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

We will do our best to process all returns, however, there may be outstanding cases where we may not be able to offer a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error.

 

STORE RETURNS WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT:

Within 7 days of purchase: A full refund of the original purchase amount will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original payment was by gift card, a full refund will be issued by a new gift card.

WITHOUT A RECEIPT:

A refund will be issued if you are a member of THE PYCO CLUB and will be given back by store credit.

FINAL SALE:

Items purchased with monogram or embroidery, are final sale and cannot be returned. All sale at or over 50% off are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are considered final sale as well. Gift cards and E-gift cards cannot be returned and will be redeemable online and in TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO GIFT CARDS.
